Join Harriet Runkle as she introduces the playful world of Pablo Picasso through a fun, hands-on portrait workshop using colorful chalk and recycled framing materials from Frame Gallery's custom framing studio.
Discover how Picasso transformed ordinary portraits into imaginative works of art by viewing faces from different angles and placing features in unexpected ways. Then, using layered cardboard, vibrant chalk, and plenty of creativity, you'll create a one-of-a-kind portrait full of personality.
No drawing or artistic experience is necessary—just a willingness to experiment and have fun! This workshop is perfect for artists of all ages, including adults, families, grandparents, and children who enjoy creating together. Every portrait will be completely unique, proving there's no right or wrong way to make art.
