Founded in 2018, Frame Gallery is a full-service custom frame shop and art gallery located on the South Cumberland Plateau in Sewanee, Tennessee, showcasing work by local and regional artists, as well as unique, one-of-a-kind gifts from around the world.

In December 2023, Frame Gallery tripled its footprint to offer art instruction and workshops for adults and children. Additional services include art consultation, exhibit design, art restoration, frame repair, and advanced matting techniques.

Our shop hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

"A Lamp, a Ladder, or a Lifeboat: Meditations in Paper Inspired by Rumi" Exhibit

Frame Gallery Gifts and Art presents “A Lamp, a Ladder, or a Lifeboat: Meditations in Paper, inspired by Rumi,” featuring the work of two paper-cutting artists with ties to the area, Kate Gundersen and Kim Phillips. The exhibit continues through May 30.

Frame Gallery Gifts & Art is seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to manage our online shop. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to showcase beautiful, meaningful items and to help extend our brick-and-mortar store's reach into the digital space.

This position requires approximately 8–12 hours per week and offers a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include uploading new products, maintaining inventory accuracy, writing engaging product descriptions, organizing collections, and helping ensure that our online presence reflects the spirit and aesthetic of the shop.

The ideal candidate has a good eye for presentation, is comfortable with basic technology and e-commerce platforms, and appreciates art, handmade goods, and thoughtfully sourced gifts. Experience with photography, social media, and online retail makes for an ideal candidate.
