Frame Gallery’s owner, Harriet Runkle, is excited to be one of the art students contributing to the new mural at the Tracy City Fairgrounds! Led by Tennessee artist Keith Killebrew, this community mural celebrates Grundy County’s heritage and future. We can't wait to see Harriet's artistic talent shine in a meaningful public art project.
