Mountainside Wildflowers: Painting Class with Carole Foret

Join celebrated artist Carole Foret for a relaxed, small-group painting class focused on capturing the beauty of mountainside wildflowers on Saturday, June 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Frame Gallery.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore techniques in paint application, atmospheric color, and using texture to create a focal point in your work.

The class cost, which includes all the required supplies, is $75 per person.

Class size is limited to eight participants, so register early!

About Carole Foret

Carole is one of the region’s most recognizable names in the arts. An Alabama native and Auburn University graduate, Carole hails from a long line of talented artists and has worked professionally teaching and inspiring students for 35 years. She has been featured frequently in the press throughout her career, with Southern Living Magazine (2008) being most notable. Alabama Public TV featured Carole in “Art Seen” in 2012. In 2013, Carole was chosen as the keynote speaker for the Congressional Art Competition in Washington D.C. She has taught students in the Tuscany region of Italy over the years since 2009. Carole was awarded a month-long residency in France during the summer of 2019.
