Come Play in the Clay! Terrie Ponder Watch of Cardinal Lake Pottery (Monteagle, TN) presents a two-part Clay Workshop series on Saturday, August 10, from 1-3 pm and Saturday, August 24, from 1-2 pm at Frame Gallery.
The first session will include hand-building techniques, including slab, imprinting, forming clay over river rocks, scoring, and slip.
The second session will involve glazing the pieces created in the first session.
Fired pieces will be available for pick-up at Frame Gallery starting Saturday, August 31, during regular business hours (10 am to 5 pm).
This is a beginner-level workshop for school-age students and adults.
The cost is $60 per participant ($45 + $15 materials fee).
